You need to register with Rose Rouge Fashion to make online purchases. Registration is free and easy; just click on Create an account and follow the steps.

Accessing and Changing Your Account Information
You can access your account information anytime to change your personal data by Signing In.

Forgot Your Password?
Just click on the forgotten password tab in the Sign-In page. You will receive at once a new password on your email account.

Use of personal data
The use of your personal data is strictly limited to the processing of your order. Your contact information will not be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent. Please refer to the Rose Rouge Fashion Privacy Policy for more information.

Ordering

How to Order?
Browse Rose Rouge Fashion collections and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy. Click on checkout when you have finished shopping and just follow the instructions.

Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify the shipment of the products.

Order Status and Tracking
Sign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have chosen for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.

Order Cancellation
No cancellation is allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

Payment

Payment Options
Rose Rouge offers a secure online shopping experience with the following forms of payment:
     - Credit Cards with Paypal (SGD, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and HKD)
     - Bank Transfer (SGD, EUR and USD accepted)
     - Cheques (Only in SGD)
Orders will be processed only once the payment has been accepted. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled after 5 working days.

PayPal Payment

Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to a WorldPay Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.
Rose Rouge Fashion will have no information relating to your credit card details.

Bank Transfer Payment
Rose Rouge Fashion banking details will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail if you have opted for the bank transfer payment. After you have made the transfer, please contact us quoting your order and transaction numbers.

Checks Payment
For the time being, only checks nominated in SGD can be accepted. Please write the check in the name of Magic Box Pte Ltd and mail it to

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Process
Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days for Singapore and 7 business days for international order.

Shipping to a Different Address
You can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.

Shipping Charges - Singapore Orders
You can select your shipping options at checkout

Orders over 100 SGD is free of shipping charges. We will proceed these orders with registered mails.

Shipping Charges - International Orders

We ship every day worldwide. Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We can not be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to Rose Rouge Fashion. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent. We mention it here so that you are aware that such fees may become payable. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled. Packages which are refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

All international orders are sent by registered airmail. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy
Our items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you noticed any manufacturer-default, we will proceed to the exchange of your purchase. Rose Rouge only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value.
The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Return and Exchange
Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We advise to send your package back to us through an insured, traceable method.
For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Gift Vouchers

Purchasing a Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are sold online with a validity of 1 year and are available in denominations of SGD25, SGD50, SGD100, SGD150 and SGD200. Simply click on Gift Voucher and follow the instructions.

Redeeming a Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are redeemable online on any of our products. If total exceeds the amount on the gift certificate, payment will be made as per normal on the exceeding amount due.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are for one-time use only. Any unused amount on your gift certificate after your purchase will be forfeited.
